Remote Setup & Support

For a modest fee our support staff can remotely connect to your computer terminal and assist you with setting up your EPOS system or diagnosing any problems you may be having. Pricing for this service is as follows:-

Remote support charge:
70p / minute
Minimum charge:
30 minutes (£21)

Any remote session lasting under 30 minutes will be charged at a flat rate of £21. Any session over 30 minutes will be charged at 70p / minute. So as an example, a session of 45 minutes would cost £31.50.
